  • Rough Sketch portrait (no color/shading): $30

  • Simple Portrait (no rendering): $40

A comic page (A4 size standard):

$200 (Includes color, shading, background and typesetting of text that you would like to include. Will include a pdf CMYK file with bleed and trim TT if intending for print rather than just digital use).

GENERAL

The artwork purchased is not to be edited by any AI software. I do not support this practice and do not want it to be put into any system that steals and reworks artwork. 

Damages from the commissioned artwork by third-party clients (not the artist and the commissioner) are not within my control. Please order the commission and use in your own best interests.

If the commissioner does not want me to post/upload the art, it must be agreed in advance that this commission is for private use, which means the artwork will be kept as a secret and not to be published anywhere.

I retain the right to reuse any sketch and/or element which the commissioner refuses in other works of mine.

PAYMENTS

If you want to add more characters, the price is doubled according to the total number of character. However, if the additional character is in the composition that is not fully visible, the additional price will be reduced as I deem appropriate. Pricing can be increased or decreased based on complexity and difficulty of work such as elements, pose, character details, additional props, etc.

If you want to use it for commercial use, which is any reproduction or purpose that is marketed, promoted, or sold for financial gain, please notify me when ordering. The total price will double. (x2)

Adding Backgrounds: Pricing will vary on based on level of detail and is on a project-to -project basis.

REVISIONS

Each commission comes with up to 3 free revisions in the sketch phase. Each revision after this will be an additional $5 in sketch phase. Once approved the drawing will not be able to be revised.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

Commissions may take days to weeks depending on complexity and time.

USE

The artwork purchased is not to be edited by any AI software. I do not support this practice and do not want it to be put into any system that steals and reworks artwork. 

The commissioner is allowed to: use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise, print the art, claim the right of their character(s) but not the artwork itself, upload and/or distribute the art with a proper credit given to the artist, and/or any action that is not purposed for financial gain or making money.

The commissioner is NOT allowed to edit the artwork, such as add or erase line-art, edit color or shading, or redraw any part of the artwork, without my permission. The commissioner is allowed to slightly retouch the artwork, such as resize, crop the picture, adjust the properties, or change mood and tone of the picture.

In a case where you, the commissioner, pays for commercial use, you are allowed to reproduce, distribute, and use the copyrighted artwork commercially, which means you can make money off of it in any way. If the commissioned art is a fanart of anime, games, and/or otherwise characters created by other entities, their commercial usage of fanart restrictions are still applied. So, please check before ordering.

If you’re not sure if your action will be allowed or not, you can always ask me first. If you break the copyright and my usage policies written above in any way, every right you had to the artwork will be retracted and may result in a permanent blacklist.

✦ Extra art of adoptables that are traded/resold plus commission priceIf you have paid for personal use but want to use it for commercial purpose later, you can inform me and pay the extra cost at any time.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

I, the artist, retain all the right to my work, not the commissioner. Therefore, I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to: upload, post, distribute, reproduce, copy, use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion, and/or whatever that is not for commercial use without notifying you first. I also retain the right to record the process of commission to be posted on any website, unless agreed otherwise.

REFUNDS

I do not process refunds.
